Cancellation

Due to the time-sensitive and customized nature of our services, time has been specifically reserved for your appointment. If you must cancel or reschedule an appointment, we ask that you contact us 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. This will allow us to open up the spot for someone on our wait list.

Arrival

If you are late for an appointment, it may be necessary to reschedule. Your technician will do their best to accommodate you. In order to ensure total relaxation and enhance treatment results, we encourage you to arrive 5 minutes prior to your reservation.

Guarantee

Our works are guaranteed. If you have any concerns with the service you received, let us know within 2 days and we will fix it to your satisfaction at no extra charge.

Preparation

1. Plan to arrive 10 minutes early to your appointment to fill out paperwork , find parking and use the restroom.
2. Come in with clean straight lashes. Do not wear mascara, use an eyelash curler or eye makeup the day of your appointment. I recommend not wearing contacts during the appointment, please wear glasses or bring a case so you can take them out during the appointment.
3. Avoid drinking coffee, caffeinated beverages or lots of liquids before your appointment – This will allow you to be fully relaxed during your appointment. Most guests take advantage of a lash nap or you can bring headphones if you prefer to listen to something. Please do not bring children or pets to your appointments this can be distracting and a liability to the salon.
